The short version. We collect what we need to take your order, deliver it, and answer your emails. We don't sell your personal information. Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by payment processors — we never see or store your full card details.

Your email address if you subscribe to updates
The contents of any message you send us

Device and browser type, operating system, and IP address
Pages you visit on the store, and how you arrived
Cookies and similar technologies used to keep your cart working and to measure how the store performs

What we never see

Full payment card numbers. Card details go directly to the payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
To answer support enquiries
To detect and prevent fraud
To send marketing emails, where you've asked to receive them
To understand how the store is used, so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails

If you've opted in, we may email you about products and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order and shipping emails aren't marketing and will still be sent.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working between pages, remember preferences, and help us understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store — the cart in particular — may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept while they're useful for handling your enquiry.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Ask what personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
Opt out of marketing at any time
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though as above, we don't sell it

Children

The store isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
