The gel isn't optional. The rest is.
Radiofrequency and microcurrent need something conductive between the treatment head and your skin — run the device dry and it catches, heats unevenly, and never delivers what the mode is meant to. That's why a tube comes in every bundle rather than being sold as an extra.
The serum and cream are a different matter. The device works without them. It just works harder with them, because Infuse+ mode exists to press a serum in and the cream is what keeps it there overnight.
